Seafood.  Catch feels like a party.  Because every brown bricked, warmly lit, music pumped floor is filled with people having an excellent time.

And then there’s that food.  If it comes from the sea, they’ve caught it and brought it.  And you can’t go wrong.

I began with the Catch Ceviche (Alaskan king crab, Maine lobster, shrimp, scallop, mango, blood orange ponzu).  This dish spans the country, its fruity brilliance ratcheting up the flavor even further.

If you’re feeling sushi, the Hellfire roll (spicy tuna two ways, pear, balsamic) is tuna heaven.  And the Mahi Mahi wonton tacos (guacamole, tomatillo, pickled onion, lime) transport that fish south of the border for some serious Mexican magic.

The lobster rolls (Maine lobster salad, toasted brioche, chive) are also light years beyond expectation.  And if you’re thinking entrée, the sauteed wild caught local snapper goes upscale on the ingredients (lobster mash, black truffle purée, lemon brown butter) for a truly Nirvanic experience.

Catch could easily reign as fish king, yet they insist on becoming dessert royalty too.  The Smores pizza (burnt marshmallow ice cream, milk & dark chocolate) is sweet, sweet perfection.

Wait, just as otherworldly, the “Hit Me” chocolate cake.  Imagine liquid “Klondike”, roasted white chocolate ice cream, brownie & devil’s food.  This creation is reality in all its chocolate glory.  And you’ll be in yours from the moment it touches your tongue.

Catch is clearly a seafood reference but the name speaks just as much to what this place is.

Cause once you’ve spent the night, you won’t want to let it go.
