Korean.  Ms. Yoo smells really good.  Not a person, the restaurant (though I would not be averse to having such a delicious scent).  Even better, each and every dish is as much a testament to flavor.

I began with their off the charts housemade Korean fried chicken wings and opted for the honey soy sesame incarnation (absolute perfection).  Then it was on to K-pop shrimp.  I’m guessing K is for Korean, but it could stand for killer, so incredible were they.

Next stop was tteok n’ cheese.  Made with rice cakes rather than mac, this creation (gruyère, cheddar, bacon, panko topping, kimchi tomato sauce) is even more outstanding and comforting than ours.

Last (and clearly there’s no least) is the Ms. Yoo Burger (10 oz. custom blend, kimchi bacon onion jam, American cheese).  It was paradise on a bun, the combination of tastes truly spectacular.   An unapologetically huge invention, accompanied by an equally generous side of spell casting skinny frites.

So come for the food but also the service, because the staff is warm and engaging, their enthusiasm over your joy truly palpable.  You must not miss Ms. Yoo.  From the moment you take your first breath, you’ll know you are in the right place.
