Suprema Provisions for pages

Italian.  Suprema Provisions is strict.  Their namesake burger is topped with iberico bellota jam, black garlic sauce, and aged cheddar.  No substitutions, no omissions.  So take it or leave it.  But do not choose option two or you will miss out on one of the most succulent, ridiculously incredible burgers to ever cross your path.  They even throw in a side of very charred Brussels sprouts for good measure. (Fan of vegetables, not required).

So how do you follow such spectacular beginnings?  That depends which road you take next.  If beef is still on your mind, the meatball and pasta (tomato ragu, parmigiano-reggiano) is simple and delicious.  Equally so, their seafood salad (grilled shrimp, calamari, scallops) as evidenced from bite one.  The dish could not have been more flavorful, the bed of greens more entrancing.  I know that’s not an adjective usually reserved for lettuce, but in this case it might not be enough (especially when also paying homage to the lemony dressing).

Before leaving, I pledged allegiance to tartufo.  Like everything that came before, it was wildly impressive.  This is no time to buck the system.  Get with the program and get yourself over to Suprema Provisions.
