Italian.  For a restaurant that had been open one week, Nobody Is Perfect comes ridiculously close.  Already, they bring it on so many levels – the food, the vibe, the space, the music.  My meal began with spaghetti polpette (n’duja meatballs) which was absolutely primo.  From there I signed on for their signature dish.  A whole rotisserie chicken billed as Buddhist style, all natural, raised at Bo Bo’s farm in upstate NY.  I don’t know much about Buddhist poultry, but I can say this bird, accompanied by lettuce, fries and gravy for dipping, made for a truly Zen experience.  From there it was only a few steps to heaven, courtesy of the brioche con gelato.  While you’re given the option of flavors, devotion is mandatory (mine to the chocolate and salted caramel).  Why is there no law that all ice cream be served between these beautiful, toasted buns?  It was absolute perfection.  Unlike their name, which is highly debatable.
